Q: What do we do if the QB plugin is installed but not working?
Our plugin works with versions as far back as 2010 and up to 2015, 2016, Accountant and Enterprise.
A: What to do if you can see the QB Plugin in the programs list, but the menu item does not display in the Vendor menu in QBD. The suggestion is to check for antivirus software and disable it temporarily, run QBD as administrator, check that the menu item is present, and then enable the antivirus. If the Run as Administrator option is not available, need to unpin from the task bar to get that option.
