Q: If the application certificate popup does not appear, what are some ways we can fix that?
A: Make sure user has checked the following option to enable Quickbooks Application certificate to prompt every time whenever QBD is opened.
Follow the instructions below:-
If the user has selected any other option, Quickbooks Application certificate will be not be displayed. To prompt the certificate again go to QBD Edit Tab > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences > Properties
