- First, log into your Tax1099.com account.
- From the menu on the left, Select History -> Prepay History.
- You will see all the prepaid fees that you paid on the account, the date, and the amounts.
- If you have a prepaid balance or a credit, it will appear on the left.
- If you need to add credits to your account, click on Prepay Now.
- A pop-up will ask the amount you want to load in the account and your debit/credit card information.
- Click Prepay after filling in your debit/credit card information
**The prepay balance can be used by you and/or your member users
***We can refund your remaining balance. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you have finished filing and want a refund of the remaining balance. A refund can take 3-5 business days to post to your account.
