Where Can I See My Submitted Forms?

Once you've created and submitted your forms, you may find you need to view, print, email, or mail them. Follow the steps below to perform any of these actions.

From the Dashboard, click on Forms and then Manage Forms.
  • On the Manage Forms page, select the Payer and Tax Year.
  • The list of recipients and forms will load.
  • Select the drop list under Action, located to the right of each form listed and choose an action to perform on that individual recipient.

  • Select multiple recipients and use the blue buttons to perform actions on the selected users. Actions for multiple recipients include downloading the PDFs, sending USPS Mail, and sending Email.

Note:  If you don't see your forms or you don't know if they were submitted yet, please look under Forms > View/Edit/Submit Forms. Select payer, tax year and form type. That screen will show any forms not yet submitted to the IRS.
