From the Dashboard, click on Forms and then Manage Forms.
- On the Manage Forms page, select the Payer and Tax Year.
- The list of recipients and forms will load.
- Select the drop list under Action, located to the right of each form listed and choose an action to perform on that individual recipient.
- Select multiple recipients and use the blue buttons to perform actions on the selected users. Actions for multiple recipients include downloading the PDFs, sending USPS Mail, and sending Email.
Note: If you don't see your forms or you don't know if they were submitted yet, please look under Forms > View/Edit/Submit Forms. Select payer, tax year and form type. That screen will show any forms not yet submitted to the IRS.
